「The E･N･D/The Black Eyed Pears」を聴いた

　あの1,000万枚売れた2005年の「Monkey Business」から4年、The Black Eyed Pearsの5th Album「The E･N･D」(2009/Album)を聴いた。
　とりあえず、好きな曲をPick Up。M-02「Rock That Body」(Digital Beatが気持ちいい)、M-03「Meet Me Halfway」(大げさなBack TrackとFergieのVocalが絶妙)、M-05「I Gotta Feeling」(ちょっと懐かしげで大げさなParty Music。個人的にこのAlbumのBest Track)、M-06「Alive」(ElectroでDigital Voiceがいい。この曲もBest Track)。M-09「Party All the Time」(ひたすら上がるTrack)、M-10「Out of My Head」(最新型のDisco Music)、M-13「Now Generation」(Rock'n Rollが新鮮)、M-14「One Tribe」(まさにBEPらしい人類愛に溢れたTribe Song。こんな曲があるから信じられる)、M-15「Rockin to the Beat」(懐かしのブラコンという感じ)。
　ひさびさに楽しめた母体であるThe Black Eyed Pears。相変わらずのWillのSkillの高さが凄い。単なるHip-Hop Groupの枠を超えて、唯一無二なBandになってる。しかも、楽しいのが最高。これからも聴き続けるBandのひとつ。
