「TOTO 35th Anniversary Tour-Live In Poland/TOTO」を観た

　高校生だった頃、Journeyと共にそれなりに聴いていたTOTO。そんなTOTOが2013年にEU各地で行った35周年TourのLive映像「TOTO 35th Anniversary Tour-Live In Poland」(2014/DVD)がWOWOWで「TOTO 35周年記念ツアー ライブ･イン･ポーランド 2013」として放送された。結構楽しんで観てしまった。
　LiveのほうはLooksはともかくHigh Levelの演奏力を楽しめるというもの。具体的にひっかかった曲を書いてみると...。
　「Child's Anthem」や「Goodbye Elenore」が盛り込まれたM-01「On the Run」、M-03「Hydra」、超名曲のM-04「St. George and the Dragon」、Lukatherの美声が楽しめるM-05「I'll Be Over You」、ほんとよく聴いたM-07「Rosanna」、泣けるBalladのM-10「I Won't Hold You Back」、よくCMでかかってたM-12「99」、このRhythm、大好きだったM-16「Africa」、M-18「Stop Loving You」、Stage後ろのBack Dropが1st Album「TOTO/宇宙の騎士」に変わってこの曲のIntroが流れた時に鳥肌が立ったM-19「Hold the Line」...。いやー聴きどころ満載だった。
　正直、TOTOを聴いていたのは、5th Albumの「Isolation」(1984)あたりまで。「Hydra」とか「Turn Back」とかひっさびさに聴き直したくなりました。
