「The Rolling stones From The Vault Hampton Coliseum Live In 1981」を観た

　The Rolling Stones、1981年の北米Tourを収録したLive映像「The Rolling stones From The Vault Hampton Coliseum Live In 1981」(2014/DVD)が、「ザ･ローリング･ストーンズ ハンプトン･コロシアム～ライブ･イン 1981」としてWOWOWで放送された。HDDに入れっぱなしだったけど、やっと観れた。
　左右に伸びる花道というStageはとてもシンプル。そこでKeithは不敵に笑い、Mickは股間に詰め物してケツを振って踊る、まさにStonesの最盛期の1つだと思う。しかも、このLive映像、TV中継されたようだけど、画像も音もとてもクリアだし、カメラも多く入って、最高に臨場感ある映像に仕上がっている。
　特によかったのは、マイナーなリフのイントロがいい「Under My Thumb」、これぞStonesらしいRock'n Roll「Let's Spend the Night Together」、鉄板Rock「Black Limousine」、相当懐かしい「Just My Imagination」、Eddie Cochranのカバー「Twenty Flight Rock」、Smokey Robinson のカバー「Going to a Go-Go」、高校生の時初めて聴いて、懐かしすぎて泣ける「Time Is on My Side」、ゆったりしたリズムの「Beast of Burden」、SaxのMelody Lineが気持ちいい「Waiting on a Friend」、これも名曲「Let It Bleed」、Keithの歌がめっちゃかっこいい「Little T&A」、リフの応酬「Tumbling Dice」、粋なRock'n Rollが好きだった「She's So Cold」、RockとDisco Tuneの融合「Miss You」、粗いリフと大振りがリズムが最高な「Honky Tonk Women」、いい流れの「Brown Sugar」と「Start Me Up」、リフとMickの肉体美に感動した「Jumpin' Jack Flash」、そしてアンコールを求める歓声にKeithのGuitarが聞こえたときに鳥肌が立った「(I Can't Get No)Satisfaction」あたり。
　いやーほんと勇気もらったLive映像だった。
